RSL: Registered Social Landlords provide homes and housing services to people in housing need. There are various types of organisations; many are Housing Organisations or Cooperatives, some are charitable trusts and others are known as local housing companies. They vary in size from those owning a few homes to country-wide landlords with over 70,000 tenants. 

 

Affordable Housing Contractors: These are specialist contractors building for RSLs or looking after refurbishment programmes on their behalf.
